How it works

• Ami 1 is a single ball, the largest and lightest of the trio. We recommend starting with this ball if you're untrained, have never done Kegel exercises (contracting the vaginal muscles), or have recently had children.
• Ami 2 is a double ball, longer and heavier than Ami 1.
• If you started with Ami 1 and find that you can hold it without any effort, it's time to move on to Ami 2. It is also recommended for women with some vaginal tone, who can skip the first ball and move directly to Ami 2.
• Friend 3, although the smallest in size, is the heaviest, the last stage of the program intended for experienced women.
• Beginners should start with Ami 1 and gradually progress to Ami 2 and Ami 3 as their vaginal walls become smoother and tighter. We recommend using Ami 2 to 3 times a week for about 20 minutes to start with, gradually increasing the frequency.
