At Intimae, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a simple and transparent return policy in place.
Return Deadline
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items that do not suit you.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with their original packaging intact.
- Intimate products such as sex toys, lubricants, underwear or any other product sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service via our contact form or by email at support@intim.ae specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
- You will receive a confirmation with return instructions.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
- Ship the items to the address indicated in the return instructions.
Return Fees
- Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure receipt of your package.
Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the validation or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, via the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the product and a description of the problem. We will send you a replacement product or issue a refund.
