- • Gently press the adhesive cups onto the skin to smooth it and ensure optimal support.
- • Pull down on both laces together while sliding the front clasp up.
- • Once you have achieved the desired effect, secure the front clasp by tying a knot.

- • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap after each use, shake out and air dry.
